I don't think so, no. Theodore was not any more qualified for the presidency than Bubba, but he did have a flair for quotes. My favorite:

What is most entertaining in what every demomcrat does, but Clinton does exceptionally, is to mix fact and lie together. And then the dhimmies add to that, as Clinton demonstrates at the end of the quote, a naive hatred for America.
